Youth classes focus on introducing new wrestlers to the sport and the continued development of more experienced wrestlers. Extensive time is spent on the fundamentals; specifically, stance, positions, moves, and improved mind/body coordination. Drills, wrestling situations, and games are used to reinforce these fundamentals while maximizing participant enjoyment.
Live wrestling, situations, are used to improve performance, strength, endurance, and coordination of the athlete.
It is recommended that rookie wrestlers participate in a minimum of four local USA wrestling meets and the Rookie Level State Championship. It is highly recommended that novice and open wrestlers participate in as many tournaments as possible and the State Championship. The option is available to travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and other national-level tournaments.
Open classes are open to athletes with at least two years of experience OR who are over the age of 13. Classes focus on honing fundamentals while introducing additional techniques. Time is spent perfecting the execution of moves, developing new techniques, drilling fundamentals, and match strategy. Live wrestling, situations, and drills are used to improve the athletes and to prepare them for upcoming tournaments. For athletes 13 and under this is an invite-only class
It is highly recommended that open wrestlers participate in as many tournaments as possible and the Open Level State Championship. The option is available to travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and other national tournaments.
Adult classes focus on bringing together past wrestlers with adults interested in learning the basics of the sport. Classes focus on honing fundamentals while introducing additional techniques. Time is spent perfecting the execution of moves, developing new techniques, and drilling fundamentals. Live wrestling, situations, and drills are used to improve skills and improve conditioning. Come on out and have some fun while learning the best sport in the world!

$140/month for 3 classes per week
$160/month for unlimited classes
